Lauzon Makes the Main Event His Own with Sub of Stephens
Thomas Gerbasi, UFC - The first time Joe Lauzon was in a UFC main event, last April against Kenny Florian, he admitted that he got a bit unnerved by his headlining status. Saturday night at the USF Sun Dome in Tampa, Florida, there were no such nerves as "J-Lau" used a varied attack before submitting Jeremy Stephens in the second round of the UFC Fight Night main event.

Parisyan Tests Positive for Banned Painkillers, Faces Suspension and Fine
A post-fight urinalysis has revealed that welterweight Karo Parisyan tested positive for the banned painkillers Oxymorphone, Hydrocodone, and Hydromorphone following his decision win over Dong Hyun Kim at UFC 94 in Las Vegas on January 31st. Parisyan faces a possible fine and suspension from the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
